Paris, July 3rd, 2023 - FEHAP, the leading federation of the solidarity-based private healthcare sector, and Future4care, the European ecosystem dedicated to accelerating progress in digital healthcare, have signed a partnership agreement aimed at combining their strengths to accelerate progress in digital healthcare.
The flexibility and responsiveness of the private sector combined with the dynamism of e-health start-ups
Innovation is at the heart of the concerns of FEHAP's member establishments and structures. The solidarity-based private sector is recognized for this. Proof of this is the wealth of projects honored each year at the Innovation Trophies. Under the drive of its new CEO, FEHAP is keen to go one step further by helping bring together the needs of its members and the solutions proposed by tomorrow's start-ups. This partnership will provide an opportunity for numerous meetings, exchanges, study sessions and joint projects.
"Innovation whether technological, managerial or even in the service of ecological transition is at the crossroads of all the concerns of healthcare players. FEHAP is present in all fields, from cradle to grave. Healthcare players are well aware of the challenges of innovation. This is less obvious in the medico-social and social sectors. That's why we're counting on Future4care's support to bring innovative solutions to life for all our members, including those who have the least access to them", says Charles Guépratte, CEO of FEHAP.
For its part, Future4care offers an acceleration program for start-ups in the 'E-health' field, with personalized support from a team of digital health experts. Future4care also comprises an Institute whose purpose is to support advances in digital healthcare and its adoption by healthcare professionals and patients alike. The Institute's reflections and actions take the form of a think tank, publications and events.
"We're delighted that FEHAP is joining Future4care's partners. This partnership makes a lot of sense to us, as it is in line with our desire to bring together multidisciplinary players to discuss common issues, and that's what Future4care's mission is all about. I look forward to seeing the synergies and projects that will emerge from this partnership," explains Agnès de De Leersnyder, Managing Director of Future4care.
