Future4care was founded in 2021 by the alliance of four global manufacturers: Capgemini, Orange, Sanofi and Generali. These four leading companies share a common vision: the era of digital healthcare will bring major changes to our healthcare systems.
Our responsibility to future generations is to put technology at the service of the public good.
We are convinced that, on the one hand, these technologies will lead to an unprecedented acceleration of progress in healthcare. On the other hand, digital technology is also an essential tool for achieving the level of quality, safety and efficiency that patients and professionals expect.
Capgemini has therefore decided to be one of the founding partners of Future4Care, alongside Sanofi, Generali and Orange, to help build a European ecosystem aimed at accelerating innovation in digital healthcare.
This multidisciplinary partnership, combining expertise from the worlds of pharmaceuticals, insurance, telecommunications, technology and consulting, is building a unique network of public organizations, private companies, major institutions and startups to strengthen scientific and medical progress in Europe.
In recent years, we have seen the emergence of new technologies that are useful in healthcare (connected objects, data, mobile applications, intermediation platforms, etc.), coupled with a growing appropriation of digital tools by healthcare professionals and patients alike. As a result, numerous digital health initiatives have been launched, but are systematically confronted with the difficulty of moving beyond the proof-of-concept phase, in order to successfully scale up and market solutions. That's why we co-founded Future4Care: to accelerate the industrialization of European digital health startups.
To do this, we support startups in structuring, processing data and developing their algorithms. We help them to work on the user experience of their solutions, to ensure that they are well received by patients and healthcare professionals alike. Finally, thanks to our international network, we have the opportunity to mobilize a large number of partners from our innovation ecosystem in the healthcare and digital sectors.
Anticipating future challenges in digital healthcare.
By joining forces with Sanofi, Orange and Capgemini, Generali France is deploying the innovative Future4care initiative to accelerate its capacity for innovation in e-health and well-being.
Thanks to the creative effervescence of startups and their collaboration with Future4care partners, Generali is at the heart of an ecosystem helping to model the health of the future and identify new technological solutions that will be used for more predictive and personalized medicine.
By better deciphering behavior and anticipating customer needs, Generali will be able to effectively prevent health-related risks and implement innovative insurance and assistance solutions.
Convinced that the role of a health insurer should not be confined to compensation, Generali's ambition is to offer new solutions that contribute to well-being, and to help improve patient care while optimizing healthcare costs.
As a catalyst, Future4care is able to identify the most relevant and promising digital health projects, and support them in order to accelerate their development and market launch for the benefit of healthcare professionals and patients.

By placing data and AI at the heart of its innovation model, the Group intends to be an attractive and responsible employer, suited to emerging professions. Orange, a major global digital player, and a Group driven by a strong culture of commitment.
Our role is to help new markets emerge, for the benefit of all our customers and society as a whole. In 2021, in partnership with Sanofi, Capgemini and Generali, Orange launched Future4Care, whose ambition is to develop and support e-health solutions and bring them to market.
Orange has been investing in the healthcare sector for many years. Its legitimacy in this sector is based on its DNA as a trusted player, its capillarity, its mastery of connectivity, data travel and cybersecurity, and its strong presence in the hospital sector in France via Enovacom.
Orange's technological contribution (interoperability, data management, networks, connected objects) provides significant leverage, accelerating the development of the start-ups supported and the marketing of their solutions.
The complementary expertise of Orange and its three major partners, Sanofi, Generali and Capgemini, combined with an open innovation approach, will bring the medical and tech worlds closer together, in the service of people. Orange is approaching its involvement in this project both from a business angle, with the association of Orange Business Services and Enovacom creating opportunities for co-innovation and marketing of joint offerings, and through the involvement of Orange Ventures - the venture capital investment entity - facilitating access to financing to support the growth of future technological champions.
It's our determination to find solutions for patients that gives us the energy to develop innovative treatments and vaccines. We never give up. We are convinced that cutting-edge science and industrial capabilities, combined with data and digital technologies, can create tomorrow's medicine and make the impossible possible for millions of people around the world.
Pursuing the miracles of science to improve people's lives is an unexpected journey of exceptional challenges and discoveries. And when we succeed in uncovering the extraordinary, we're already looking ahead to what's yet to be discovered.
Future4care represents an unprecedented opportunity to build tomorrow's digital healthcare together. New technologies and data have become essential to innovation in healthcare. France, and more broadly Europe, has what it takes to develop the e-health solutions of tomorrow.
We are convinced that combining the capabilities of large companies with the agility of start-ups will enable the emergence of digital solutions that will bring value to patients and the healthcare ecosystem.
