Future4care announces the launch of GenAI4care, an initiative dedicated to advancing Generative AI in the healthcare sector. Our ambition is to create a pioneering ecosystem in this field, bringing together major industrial groups, startups, researchers, academics and healthcare professionals on a European scale, in order to amplify the development of generative artificial intelligence use cases in healthcare.
Agnès de Leersnyder, CEO of Future4care, commented: "Since its creation two years ago, Future4care has proved the effectiveness of its multidisciplinary approach. This new initiative is in line with our raison d'être, which is to bring together innovative players around the issues that will shape tomorrow's healthcare. Future4care was a pioneer in exploring Generative AI topics early on, and our ecosystem is now ready to accelerate the transformation of these forward-looking topics into concrete use cases at the service of patients and healthcare professionals."
The deployment of GenAI4care is based on several major axes, some of which have already been initiated and will continue until at least 2025:
The Accelerator will offer a call for applications from the Paris and Berlin campuses for startups developing Generative AI use cases in healthcare.
Through its Academy, the Institute will offer a training cycle in Generative AI in healthcare, as well as a think-tank dedicated to French and European competitiveness and to issues of data access and structuring.
The Innovation Factory, our co-development center, will work with ecosystem members on Generative AI use cases in healthcare.
GenAI4care was launched at a Festival at Future4care on December 18th, 2023, which brought together the 4 founding CEOs of the ecosystem - Paul Hudson, CEO of Sanofi, Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini, Christel Heydemann, CEO of Orange Group and Jean-Laurent Granier, Chairman and CEO of Generali France. The event offered a holistic exploration of Generative AI in healthcare through four roundtables and a demonstration zone of use cases from ecosystem members.
