On March 5, 2025, Future4care had the pleasure of welcoming Swiss Life France employees for a Learning Expedition dedicated to the notion of responsibility, co-organized with Deloitte.
Learning Expeditions are half-day workshops designed for companies, during which teams can discuss a specific theme with a delegation of start-ups selected by Future4care. It's an ideal format to engage teams and instill a culture of innovation.
This enriching meeting was marked by three moments that highlighted the importance of a strategic vision and a concrete commitment to a positive and sustainable impact, particularly key in the healthcare sector: data confidentiality, equity of access to care and sustainability and adoption of technological solutions.
Agnès de Leersnyder, CEO of Future4care, opened the morning by sharing the background to the project and the shared vision of our four founders: Sanofi, Orange, Capgemini and Generali. This vision is based on the ambition of these major groups to facilitate the adoption and ethical use of artificial intelligence and digital technology to transform our healthcare systems and respond to the sector's major challenges: the acceleration of the search for new treatments and the development of new technologies.
Pierre Le Corre, CEO of Music Care, and Stéphanie Faure, Innovation Project Manager at Generali, shared their views and feedback on a successful collaboration between a start-up and a major group. The two had worked hand in hand on a pilot study aimed at improving workers' well-being: reducing stress & anxiety, sleep disorders and pain. The results demonstrated the value of deploying the solution more widely within Generali.
3 entrepreneurs from the Future4care ecosystem then shared their experiences and perspectives on the notion of responsibility as a company serving healthcare. Their presentations highlighted concrete examples of the value and impact of their respective activities.
Amélie Litrowski, CEO and founder of Doctoome, addressed the issues of health equity and access to care. Doctoome's mission is to support patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey. To this end, Amélie spoke of long-term collaborations with major groups that have improved the quality of care for patients, users and members. Today, the Doctoome platform covers 1.5 million patients.
Alain Habra, CEO and co-founder of Quantiq, explained how their interoperable solution, which transforms any camera into a medical device for monitoring patient vitals, is an asset to a preventive healthcare approach. Through numerous partnerships with hospitals in France, Quantiq has facilitated clinical studies by integrating remote monitoring capabilities. Alain also emphasized the importance of the shared values of his team members.
Gilles Litman, CEO of Remedee Labs, emphasized the importance of chronic pain management. Indeed, Remedee offers a non-drug solution for treating chronic pain using a millimeter-wave emitting bracelet. Gilles was able to describe how his solution has dramatically improved the quality of life of many users, clinically proven in particular for people suffering from fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis.
